2 Week Check

I had my two week check last week, and everything went well.  The doctor tells me I am a very healthy, happy boy.  He even told mommy that she can feed me a little more;  I think I like this guy!  Here are my stats at 2 weeks old:

Weight: 8 pounds, 9 ounces  (75th percentile)
Height: 21 inches (50th percentile)
Head: 14.5 inches (70th percentile)

I'm a big boy :)  Back to eating now, I hear my bottle calling!

Hi Everyone!

Hi all, it's Elliot.  My big brother tells me that I have to contribute to this blog and write about my experiences.  I'm not sure I know what I'm doing, but I'll give it a try.  I am now 3 weeks old, and I have had quite a busy time since I've been born.  I was born into a family that always seems to have something going on, so we are on the go a lot.  Good thing I am a good car traveler.

So far I have been a good, happy baby.  I still have my days and nights mixed up, so my mommy is pretty tired, but I am working on getting better at sleeping so she can get some rest.  Right now though, I will only sleep in my crib for about 10-20 minutes at a time, but if mommy holds me I will sleep for hours.  Her and I sleep on the recliner every night, which I love because I stay nice and warm.  I don't think this will last forever though, because mommy is persistent and keeps putting me back in my crib.

Happy Birthday Daddy!

With the birth of my baby brother, I forgot to post this blog about my Daddy's birthday.  His birthday is on New Year's Eve, and usually we have a big party.  Since the baby was so close to being born though, the three of us celebrated Daddy's birthday at home this year.  We ordered in Buffalo Wild Wings, ate cake, and opened presents.  I didn't make it until midnight (and neither did mommy or daddy), but we had fun ringing in the New Year anyway.  Here are a few pictures from our day.
