Swimming and Skating

Daddy is trying to keep me busy this winter, so he signed me up for swimming lessons and skating lessons.  So far, I'm not a big fan of either one.  Even though I LOVE swimming, I don't care for lessons (I like to just do things on my own).  I am scared of the ice too, and haven't yet put my skates on for lessons.  Last week Daddy got me to put one skate on (with a bribe of course), but then I freaked out and wanted to take it off immediately!  I will keep working on it; hopefully in the next few months I will like both skating and swimming.  I won't make any promises though...
My new hockey skates!
My ice pass
Doing warm up exercises...notice I'm
the only one not wearing my skates, oops.
Trying to psych myself up to put skates on
Nope, I don't like them!
Even my friend Brady couldn't talk me
onto going on the ice with him
Checking out the Zamboni...I'll stay
on this side of the glass for now
Swimming lessons with Daddy

I hate this!  I cried the entire 30 minutes of class.
Okay, so I guess I need to work on being a big boy :)  Hopefully next week will be better.

Happy BIrthday Mommy!

It was mommy's birthday last week, and we had a fun-filled evening.  Mommy and Elliot came to pick me up from Shelli's house, then we headed to Granite City to meet Daddy for dinner.  Then it was my idea to have Mommy's 'party' at the pool, so we went swimming afterwards.
Happy Birthday Mommy!
The whole family :)  I didn't like the lady
who took the picture, can you tell?

Eating 'cookie cake'...I was so excited!
