Elliot- 6 weeks

Hi everyone, Elliot here.  Can you believe that I'm 6 weeks old already?  I'm starting to become more alert during the day now, and I'm learning all sorts of stuff from my big brother.  He is my favorite person to watch, and I smile when he talks to me.  I'm still trying to figure out sleeping at night;  mommy and daddy tell me I have a ways to go before I'm an expert, ha!  I really like to eat, and it's starting to show :)  Mommy estimates that I weigh about 12 pounds.  I even got to try cereal a few nights ago, and I LOVED it. Overall I'm told I'm a pretty good baby (what can I say, I try!)  Here are a few pictures from the past few weeks.

Mall of America

Last Saturday we met up with Uncle Travis, Auntie Jenny and our cousins (Brady, Hunter and Ali) at the Mall of America.  They were in town to celebrate Hunter's birthday for the weekend, so we spent the day with them at the Mall.  We spent most of the day at Nickelodeon Universe, and it was a lot of fun!

ended up not going, sorry Mommy!)

What a good day!

Skating.....Take 2!

So, Saturday morning came again, and Daddy dressed me up to go to skating lessons (again).  He just won't give up!  Although I cried all the way to lessons and when I got there, I eventually got on the ice this time, and actually had fun :)  Maybe skating and hockey won't be so bad.....I'm still not 100% sure though.

Okay, this isn't so bad!
Daddy takes me to open skating at the Rogers Ice Arena on Wednesday nights to skate with me, so I am slowly getting used to it.  I just can't seem to figure out how my feet work on the ice; geez it's so slippery!
