Memorial Day 2012

We spent Memorial Day this year with our cousins, Brady, Hunter and Ali along with Uncle Travis and Auntie Jenny.  We met up with them at the Venetian Water Park/Holiday Inn in Maple Grove, and stayed a few days.  We had such a fun weekend!  On Sunday, everyone except mommy and us went to the Twins game.  We stayed back at the hotel and spent the day at the waterpark.  Here are a few pictures from our fun weekend.

Noah-Swimming Level 2

Last week was my last class in my level 2 swimming lessons.  I have come a long way over the past 4 months since I started my first level 1 class.  I passed both classes with flying colors, and my next class is without a parent in the water with me!  Even though that's the next level, I'm not quite ready for that, so we are going to take a break for the summer and start back up in the fall.

So happy that I passed!

Mother's Day 2012

Last weekend was Mother's Day, and what a great day it was!  I am so grateful to have a wonderful family that loves me, and I couldn't be happier to be the mother of two beautiful little boys.  The morning started out with coffee and muffins from Caribou (my favorite), and then we all worked on packing up to head to Lake Calhoun for the day.  It was a beautiful 80 degree day and everyone enjoyed the walk around the lake.  Both boys zonked out on the way home and napped for a few hours when we got home.  Then we all went to Noah's last swimming lesson of the season.  When we got home we opened presents and ate some Papa Murphy's pizza.  What a great day of family time!  Below are a few pictures from our day.
